Our take

Deterministic decision and provenance engine for agents that need graph-backed state, guarded writes, receipts, and review workflows. It is more of an agent-governance substrate than a finance server, and the README is dense but backed by a large real repo with kits and docs. Registry packaging is behind PyPI, so users should check the current release before adopting.
