Part of a 300+ listing flood from a single operator (MEOK AI Labs / CSOAI): templated repos mass-published across every category, most decorated with an "MCP Scorecard 86/100" badge from proofof.ai — a domain the same operator owns, a self-issued trust signal dressed up as independent review. This one skips the badge but is the same template family: a roughly 100-line regex shell branded as a "Layer-0 legacy bridge" for IBM AS/400, published near-identically for CICS, ACORD, and AS/400 in one batch. Its parse/validate/map tools do string matching, not systems integration — mass-produced shelf filler squatting the legacy-integration niche. Working code doesn't offset manufactured trust signals at this scale.
