It presents as a NIS2 Germany registration helper. The README is the operator's full boilerplate — "production-ready" feature list, EU AI Act compliance checkmarks, $99/$499 pricing, sales booking link — and the GitHub repository contains no code at all — only LICENSE, README, and an llms.txt — while the installable PyPI package carries the operator's proofof.ai badge in its description. Working code doesn't offset manufactured trust signals at this scale.
