Watcher — kickstart -k drifted critical plists

Our take

Watches for drifted macOS launchd plists and attempts to kickstart critical services. It is for operators maintaining specific macOS automation or local service setups, not general MCP users. The function is narrow and potentially sensitive because it touches service management, so it warrants caution even though the description itself does not show obvious bad-faith signals.
