Our take

Exposes unofficial access to Eight Sleep data such as sleep trends, temperatures, and alarms, with limited device control. It is for quantified-self users and home-automation tinkerers who already own the hardware and accept an unsupported integration. Because it is unofficial and touches physical device behavior, this should be treated as a convenience project with some maintenance and reliability risk.
