It is a thin client over a paid proxy/scraping SaaS: you need a Decodo account and auth token (free tier caps at 2,000 requests), the headline claims (125M+ IPs, 99.99% success rate) are unverified vendor marketing, and the repo ships no open-source license at all. For teams already paying for Decodo who want agents scraping bot-protected or geo-restricted sites without building their own infrastructure.
