Our take

Node.js/TypeScript debugging for agents — breakpoints, stepping, profiling, hang detection, and 20+ other tools, from an open-source engineering guild's monorepo. Note the registry's repo link 404s because it points at an unhyphenated org alias; the actual code is at Digital-Defiance/ai-capabilities-suite, and the npm package is a substantial real implementation with heavy test coverage. Registry metadata is stale (1.0.2 vs npm's 1.5.23) and adoption is minimal so far, but the marketing hype in the README oversells what is a solid, ordinary debugger bridge.
