Our take

The listing points users to `dingdawg/dingdawg-agent-1`, while the package itself declares `dingdawg/dingdawg-code-review`, which 404s. That leaves the advertised server source unauditable from the registry listing, so this is source misrepresentation rather than a normal proprietary-service caveat.
