Our take

MCP access to Mindwtr tasks and project data, mainly for local-first GTD workflows with optional read-only self-hosted cloud mode. The server lives in the product monorepo and appears to query the local SQLite data model directly. npm lags the repo package version, but the registry version is published and usable.
