Our take

A sharply niche developer tool: drives Excel Office add-ins through the WebView2 Chrome DevTools Protocol, so an agent can inspect and debug the add-in's embedded browser on Windows. If you build Office add-ins this is one of very few options; for everyone else it does nothing — it is not a spreadsheet reader. Windows-only by nature and maintained by a single developer.
