Our take

iOS Simulator automation server with a broad tool surface for taps, screenshots, accessibility inspection, device control, and debugging. The implementation is real and packaged as a CLI, with an optional `idb` path for cursor-free touch injection. Caveat: the registry is stale versus npm 2.0.0, and the package necessarily shells out to Xcode/iOS tooling.
