Our take

This is a browser-testing utility for cases where the app under test needs to exit through a normal ISP connection while the agent remains on a VPN. It is for QA, web automation, or network-sensitive debugging setups with a fairly specific topology problem. The scope is narrow and current adoption appears minimal, so this looks more like a targeted tool than a mature general-purpose server.
