Our take

Open-source runtime for scheduled, sandboxed AI workers — a worker is a folder with worker.yml plus a script, and this MCP server lets agents deploy and operate them against a Floom control plane (self-hosted or their hosted floom.dev). The MIT repo is real and actively developed. Caveats: the product is young and repositioning fast (the registry description still says 'deploy Python functions as web apps' while the repo now pitches a 'loop engineering harness'), and you need a running control plane plus API key before the MCP does anything.
