Our take

Spawner connects agents to a self-hosted preview-environment service, creating branch-specific app copies for review and testing. It is for development teams that already operate or are willing to run the companion Spawner infrastructure. Weekly downloads are a healthier signal than the empty star count, but the server is narrow and operationally dependent on a correctly secured self-hosted setup.
