A package manager for MCP servers — search, install across Claude/Cursor/VS Code/Windsurf, and audit with built-in trust scoring — that also runs as an MCP server itself via `serve`. Actively developed (31 releases in three months) and it writes client configs only through its explicit install commands, which is the right way to do it.
