Our take

knownissue is a shared debugging memory for coding agents, with tools to search issues, report new ones, submit patches, verify fixes, and view activity. The implementation is a real TypeScript monorepo with OAuth, credits, tests, and a hosted MCP API. Its server instructions are intentionally assertive about searching before debugging and reporting after fixes, so teams should decide whether that workflow fits before connecting it broadly.
