Our take

Full-coverage Resend email wrapper whose differentiator is a debug layer for deliverability, DNS, and bounce diagnostics — and it shows unusually good safety instincts for a tiny project: a RESEND_READONLY kill-switch for all mutating tools and disk reads disabled unless you whitelist an attachments directory. Weeks old, one star, two npm versions, one author; the design is sound but nobody has kicked the tires yet.
