A credits-based relay for x402 pay-per-call APIs: top up on their dashboard (1 credit = 0.001 USDC, 3% fee) and the fetch tool auto-settles 402 payments so your agent never touches a wallet or private key — a genuinely safer shape than the hot-wallet x402 servers. Caveats worth knowing: a young pseudonymous org custodies your balance, the repo has been idle since April, and the 'set up skill.md' flow patches your MCP configs and drops a Claude skill (explicit and consent-gated, no postinstall — but the skill's trigger list is stuffed with broad keywords like 'market data' and 'web scrape' to route generic queries through their paid endpoints).
