Our take

The audit found inflated popularity on otherwise real code: a since-deleted account documented stargazers sharing identical avatars, bios and locations (issue #149), and the repo shows 48 stars with 3 forks, a zero-follower owner, and no human contributor besides the author. The tool may work — but the applause is canned, so we flag the listing and let the code speak for itself.
