Our take

A telephony operations server that can inspect and control Asterisk and FreeSWITCH through AMI and ESL. It is for admins and integrators who already manage PBX infrastructure and want assistant-driven monitoring or control tasks. The niche is legitimate but operationally sensitive, so the narrow audience and lack of visible adoption mean it should be treated as specialized infrastructure tooling, not casual plug-and-play software.
