Our take
Official companion server (npm @insforge/mcp, Apache-2.0, ~744 weekly downloads) that gives coding agents control of an InsForge BaaS instance — Postgres database, auth, file storage, edge functions, and deployments — so they can build full-stack backends; an npx installer configures Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Roo, and Trae in one command. This repo is a thin wrapper: docs, tools reference, and the actual product live in the separate open-source InsForge/insforge repo, and you need an API key plus a running instance (self-hosted on localhost:7130 by default, or their cloud). Actively maintained by the vendor org through June 2026. For developers building on InsForge specifically; pointless without it.
