Renders GeoJSON vector layers onto basemap images so an agent can actually show you a map instead of describing one. Part of IOWarp's clio-kit, a 20-server scientific-computing suite from a legitimate HPC research org — you install the whole PyPI package, not just this tool. Solid niche utility with the usual monorepo caveat: shared 25-star repo, shared release cadence.
