Our take

The most complete ServiceNow MCP we've seen: 68 tools across the REST surface with plan-and-apply write safety, capability preflight, and an ACL scan — the safety rails matter when an agent is writing to your ITSM system of record. Supports every auth mode including OAuth PKCE via a login command, though the basic/password-grant env vars mean credentials can end up in config files if you take the lazy path. Weeks old with minimal community, but the engineering is substantive.
