Our take

Full-account Telegram access via MTProto (Telethon), not the Bot API — your agent sees private chats, groups, channels, and media exactly as you do. The security posture is thought through (one-time login command, session file with restricted permissions, built-in rate limiting), and the author is a named, long-established developer. The caveat is inherent to the design: you are handing an LLM your entire Telegram identity, including send capability, so scope your client's permissions accordingly. Young project with a single PyPI release.
