Our take

This server connects MCP clients to a local After Effects panel, so it is mainly for motion designers or workflow tinkerers already using Adobe AE. The setup dependency on a separate extension makes it narrower and a bit more fragile than a self-contained server, and the modest star count points to an early or niche project rather than a mature ecosystem tool.
