audio-analyzer

Our take
Pure-Rust local MCP server that lets an LLM 'hear' audio: spectral, harmonic (key detection), rhythm/tempo, MFCC timbre, LUFS loudness, stereo-field, and section-boundary analysis returned as token-efficient structured text, with A/B track comparison. Genuinely novel niche, no Python/FFmpeg dependencies, one-click bundles and a Homebrew tap. But it is a solo hobby project whose entire commit history spans one week in March 2026 — v1.0 shipped and development stopped, so expect no support. For musicians, producers, and audio tinkerers; stdio-only.
