Our take

An x402 bridge that makes paid HTTP endpoints look like MCP tools and signs Solana USDC payments from a local keypair. The implementation is open and includes spend caps, but the custody model is still a serious operational caveat: the bridge holds a signing key and can pay autonomously within configured limits. Best treated as experimental agent-payment infrastructure, not a casual install.
