Our take

A real GitHub webhook bridge: a local stdio package handles OAuth and proxies tool calls to a Cloudflare Worker/Durable Object backend. Useful when an agent needs near-real-time issue, PR, and CI event context without running a local webhook tunnel. The registry is stale versus npm and the repo's server.json, so install from current npm if you need the newer OAuth fixes.
