Our take

Local document reader for agents — PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, images — with a visual-evaluate tool that returns page images inline so the host model does the chart-and-table reasoning itself. The 'no API keys' claim is honest: nothing leaves your machine and there's no third-party inference. Note the npm package is just a launcher that shells out to uvx/pipx, so you need a working Python toolchain either way; solo-maintainer project with a small footprint.
