Our take

A local-first persistent memory layer that keeps its MCP surface to just 7 tools and pushes the heavy lifting — hybrid FTS-plus-semantic recall, write-time deduplication, serialized write queues — server-side, which keeps token spend down as memory grows. SQLite-backed with pip and Docker installs, HTTP and STDIO transports, and a web dashboard. The memory category is crowded, but this is one of the more thoughtfully engineered independent entries, and it's actively maintained.
