Our take

Read-only SQL Server access for AI assistants done with unusual care: AST-based query validation rather than regex denylists, rate limiting, and DBA diagnostic tooling, shipped as a .NET tool via NuGet. Small audience (5 stars) but actively developed through July 2026. If you need an agent poking at MSSQL and want guardrails that actually parse the SQL, this is a sensible pick.
