Our take

A dockerized ChromaDB MCP proxy you deploy yourself so Claude Desktop/Mobile can reach a remote vector database over streamable HTTP with token auth. The catch: the registry's advertised remote URL is a dead GitHub Pages placeholder — there is no public endpoint, and you must run the Docker image (live on Docker Hub, ~2.7k pulls) and point clients at your own server. Fine self-hosting tool once you understand that.
