Our take

This is an infrastructure-style MCP gateway for discovery, routing, and REST exposure, aimed at developers who need to aggregate or broker multiple MCP services. The concept is useful but operationally more complex than a single-purpose server, and the lack of package-distribution usage data makes maturity harder to judge from surface signals alone.
