It is flagged because the owner matches the awesome-list fork spam pattern: a burst of MCP/x402/agent-list forks plus self-insertion commits adding MolTrust to curated lists, including default-branch README placement in a fork. The implementation may work, but the ecosystem-presence signal is manufactured.
