Our take

Extracts YouTube transcripts for agent use, either as clean text or timestamped segments. It is for media analysis, research, summarization, and content workflows that need transcript access without building a scraper chain from scratch. Relative to several others here, it shows slightly better usage traction, though the function is still narrow and can be sensitive to upstream platform changes.
