oraclemcp is a serious governed Oracle Database MCP server in Rust, with schema/source exploration, read queries, profile-gated write execution, audit logging, and explicit execution grants. The safety posture is unusually detailed for a small project: fail-closed SQL handling, single-use grants, installer dry-runs, checksum verification, and opt-in service installation. It is unofficial, young, and Oracle-specific, but it is not a placeholder wrapper.
