Reliable CSV parsing + generation. Handles quotes, embedded commas, BOMs, CRLF.

A genuinely small, honest utility: one 230-line file implementing RFC 4180 state-machine CSV parsing and generation (BOMs, embedded commas, escaped quotes, CRLF), with actual tests and no dependencies beyond the MCP SDK. Exactly the kind of edge-case work LLMs fumble when they eyeball CSV themselves. Near-zero adoption (22 downloads/week, 0 stars), and it's one of four micro-servers in a monorepo from an extremely prolific account — fine to use, just don't expect maintenance guarantees.
