Our take

Session-documentation server for coding agents: it captures session history, summarizes decisions, generates docs, and can publish to Notion, GitHub Wiki, Obsidian, Confluence, Slack, or Discord. The project is explicitly hook-driven and stores captured sessions under a user directory, with no npm install-time MCP config mutation. The Claude Code hook examples are powerful enough to deserve user review before enabling, but they are documented setup rather than stealth behavior.
