Our take

Chromeflow is a real-Chrome automation bridge for Claude Code and Codex, pairing an MCP server with a Chrome extension so agents can use existing browser sessions instead of fresh Playwright profiles. It is powerful and unusually explicit about credential capture into `.env`, privileged cookie-backed fetches, and human-click pauses for sensitive actions. Install it only when you are comfortable granting an agent that level of browser and project-file access.
