Our take

This server sends email over SMTP and explicitly adds an allowlist plus human confirmation step around that capability. It is for users who need outbound email from an MCP client but want a basic safety control against accidental or abusive sends. The design shows some operational maturity, though SMTP tooling is inherently sensitive and should still be reviewed carefully for auth handling and confirmation flow.
