Our take

OmniDimension’s server controls voice-agent operations: agents, call dispatch, bulk campaigns, knowledge bases, phone numbers, providers, and reseller tools. The local package and hosted OAuth endpoint are both documented, and the setup command writes client configs only when explicitly run. It collects anonymous telemetry by default, with documented fields and opt-out commands, so privacy-sensitive users should disable it up front.
