Our take

Omnicord gives an MCP client operational control over a Discord server through the user's own bot token, including chat, moderation, diagnostics, and server-structure workflows. It has unusually explicit safety design for write actions, with previews and confirmation tokens for dangerous operations. The setup wizard can write MCP client config after an explicit run, but the npm package itself has no postinstall hook or silent config mutation.
