Perseus: MCP server and live context engine

Our take

A 'live context engine' that resolves git state, running services, and test results into agent context on demand — the core idea (context assembled at question time instead of stale memory files) is sound, the code is real and actively developed, and it's local-first MIT. The wrapper is louder than the product: an LLC whose GitHub org is weeks old, ~20 forked awesome-lists, trademark and patent-pending badges, and a 'product family' where the memory backend exposes the same 55 tools under three name aliases so a raw handshake reports ~165. Judge it by the engine, ignore the empire.
