Our take

A Python MCP middleware layer for aiogram bots, exposing Telegram messaging, chats, users, rich media, interactive keyboards, events, prompts and audit resources. It is a real package with a broader surface than the usual tiny Telegram wrappers, and the README documents permission levels plus broadcast opt-in. The risk is operational: bot tokens and moderation/broadcast powers need tight permissions.
