Our take

Commercial 1C:Enterprise MCP that connects agents to CRM/ERP data and can enable write operations on paid tiers. The repo is honest that it is documentation plus the 1C extension, while the runtime ships through npm as PyArmor-obfuscated Python bytecode. That makes it usable for 1C shops but not meaningfully source-auditable; it also requires a license token and 1C credentials.
