Our take

Proxies upstream MCP servers and hides selected tools using regex deny rules, helping operators reduce tool exposure or context overhead. Its package usage is a positive signal, but deny-list filtering can fail open when tools are renamed or patterns are incomplete, so it should not be treated as a sole security boundary.
