Our take

acah-ok appears to be a very narrow CORS-related test or utility around Access-Control-Allow-Headers token counting, with discarded values. It may be useful for protocol testing or conformance experiments, but the repeated placeholder-like title and description provide little evidence of a maintained general-purpose server.
