Our take

Open-source i18n/l10n translation agent by an IBM engineer, built primarily as a GitHub Action for doc repos (mkdocs and friends) — the MCP server is one of five packaging modes, shipped as a Docker image. Real, actively developed project with CI and 15 stars, but expect a hands-on setup: you bring your own LLM API key, mount local ONNX model files, and the registry metadata still carries a literal example.com placeholder as the SSE URL. Best thought of as a self-hosted translation pipeline you can also poke over MCP, not a plug-and-play server.
