Our take

KnowBe4 MCP is a serious MSP-oriented reporting layer for KnowBe4 KMSAT, with a local SQLite mirror for cross-client questions like repeat clickers, training gaps, risk drift, and QBR rollups. The MCP server is read-only, while write/destructive actions are kept CLI-only with dry-run guidance. Installation is heavier than a thin API wrapper and it is unofficial, but the repo contains a substantial Go implementation and packaged MCPB release.
