Our take

Small MCP/CLI for starting, stopping, listing, and checking configured local Node development servers. The implementation is simple but real, with command allow-listing and shell=false execution to reduce command-injection risk. The registry is stale and omits the repo URL while pointing at npm 1.0.0, whereas npm is now 1.0.3 and declares the GitHub repo.
